• Lot n° 206 Japan, early Edo period H. 25 cm Sanjû ken suji bachi kabuto, iron. Simple gilded chrysanthemum blossom tehen kanamono with details. Four-part shikoro, black lacquer, sugake odoshi in kon-ito. Top lame with gilded hassô-byô. The small fukigaeshi and the inner rim of the kabuto are faced with blue leather, details are white sakura. Inside with ukebari, shinobi-no-o attached at three point. From a German private collection - Publ. in VAN HAM, Auction 433, 12.06.2019, Lot 2203 - Signs of age and wear, slightly dam.
