• Lot n° 111 A Zand calligraphic bifolio both panels signed and dated AH1184/1770AD each in black shikasteh script arranged within cloud bands on a gold ground, occasional words in red, within floral narrow border and wider margins decorated in gold with flowers and pheasants on a pink ground, each panel 32 x 20.6cm. Provenance: Formerly in the private collection of 'Abd al-Wahhab Khan, Nizam ul-Mulk (1848-1916) and thence by descent in the early 20th century to a private London collection
