• Lot n° 284 Four Mexican silver and hardstone brooches Mid-20th century Two variously marked for sterling and for Mexico; one further marked MR [conjoined] A group of four silver brooches with carved green hardstone sleeping figures, three with decorative wire overlay edging 4 pieces Largest: 2.625" H x 2" W; Smallest: 1.5" H x 0.875" W 116.5 grams gross Each in overall good condition with tarnishing and scratches commensurate with age and use. Stones with scattered light abrasions. One stone with minor fracture to hat edge of largest figure. Not tested for sterling
