The two-train movement with platform lever escapement with cut and compensated bimetallic balance, striking the hours and quarters on a pair of blued steel gongs mounted to the backplate, with full grande sonnerie striking and silent selection via a lever to the rear. Ticking, striking and repeating. Sold together with the original leather travel case and a winding key. 17cms (7ins) high.
