The twin-train movement with silvered lever platform escapement striking the hours and quarters on a pair of blued steel gongs. Sold together with the original velvet-lined travel case with strap handle and sliding protective dial cover, and a later winding key. Ticking, striking and repeating 16cms (6ins) high.
