Her education was disrupted by the Cultural Revolution, but she later resumed her career and served as a lecturer in art at Tsinghua University. Like her mentor, Liu's works reveal an enduring affinity for traditional Chinese architecture and rural life, themes that imbue her paintings with a sense of timelessness. Overall good appearance. A 0.25" white painted border along each edge. A 2" horizontal indentation in the center of the upper edge, showing primarily from the verso. Paper remnants adhered to the verso of the upper edge. The sheet is loose, not matted. Unframed
