A Los Castillo inlaid mixed metal plate, mid-20th century; Taxco, Mexico Impressed to underside: HANDWROUGHT / LOS CASTILLO / 36 Sterling silver, brass, and copper, depicting a hand, footprint, and bird figure centered by a swirling motif, the rim inlaid with azurmalachite 5.125" Dia. 2 pieces The Agular with heavy verdigris, soiling, and scattered indentations throughout. The Castillo with tarnishing to silver components, oxidation and darkening to brass and copper elements, and general soiling. Each with shelf wear, scuffs, and scratches commensurate with age.
