Of hexagonal graduated scrolling twin-tiered open cage frame form, the lower tier with a panelled girdle with inset cut glass oval panels, the corners applied with six pairs of scrolling candle arms with campana urn nozzles and lobed drip pans issuing from satyrs masks mounts, the scrolling swept uprights supporting a smaller upper plain panelled girdle, the corners applied with matching scrolling candle arms, issuing from female term mounts, the open beaded fleur-de-lis crown corona on swept supports, the multi-scrolling lower section centred by a sectional moulded compressed bulbous, cut ovoid and moulded hexagonal knopped composite finial, the upper girdle frame fitted six lights, the lower scrolling section mounted with six further gilt metal and moulded glass lobed cup-shaped lights, the whole hung with rosette and pear, stylised lotus flower, fan and diamond shaped flat pendant drops, the base with a substantial ball terminal, 160cm drop, 110cm diameter approximately
