The restored dial with black Roman numerals and Arabic five minute markers signed in the centre James McCabe, London with gilt brass hands, the break arch with twin subsidiaries for pendulum regulation and Strike/Silent. The double fusee movement with verge escapement with finely finished pendulum rise and fall, striking the hours on a polished bell mounted above, the back plate with simple engraved detailing signed in a central cartouche James McCabe, London and secured with matching engraved brackets, currently ticking and striking. 46cm (19ins) high
