Issues include, but not limited to: a 7" x 7" area of heavy staining/trafficked wear, heavier staining to side B, losses to selvage cording at edges and corners with attendant losses to weave and loose weave, one corner with larger losses, scattered stains to each side, scattered stitched repairs, and at least two pea-sized holes.
