The centre engraved with a central urn and foliate detail over a date aperture, with blued steel hands, signed John Davidge, London The five-pillared double chain fusee movement converted from verge to anchor escapement, with engraved backplate decorated with neoclassical foliate scrolls and designs. Striking the hours and repeating on a polished bell. Ticking, striking and repeating. Accompanied by two case keys and one winding key. 54cms (21ins) high.
